A Significant Research Grant to Dr. Didem Pekün of KHAS Radio, Television and Cinema Department

Dr. Didem Pekün, one of the guest lecturers of KHAS Radio, Television and Cinema Department, was awarded a research grant from the Berlin Artistic Research Grant Programme for January 2022- December 2023.
A total of 374 proposals were submitted from fine art, film/video, literature, music, dance, and theatre, as well as transdisciplinary research projects. The program is run by the Society for Artistic Research in Germany (gkfd) with funds provided by Berlin’s Senate Office for Culture and Europe.
Dr. Pekün’s “Elemental Lab” project, which will design an ecology-focused art laboratory, was among the top 10 projects of 374 applications.
