MSCA – Individual Fellowship Supports Have Been Announced

The application results for H2020 Marie Sklodowska Curie Individual Research Fellowships (Individual Fellowships – IF) as of September 2018 period have been announced, and our Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Bozdağ from Faculty of Communication has been awarded with support with her 24 month project titled “Intercultural Digital Media Education for Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged Youth with Migration Background” to be executed in cooperation with Neue Oberschule Gröpelingen (Bremen Germany). We congratulate our teacher wholeheartedly.

In addition to this project; our professors, whose names are listed below, also have scored above-the-threshold with their project proposals;

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgür Orhangazi (Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences) – “Investment and Capital Accumulation in the 2000s: Facts, puzzles, explanations and policies”

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suncem Koçer (Faculty of Communication) – “Can “truth” be crowd funded? Financing journalism via alternative methods in Turkey, the UK, and Armenia”

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melis Behlil (Faculty of Communication) – “Developing a New Framework for Screen Industry Studies through a Comparative Analysis of German and Turkish Cases”

Dr. Asst. Prof. Deniz Eroğlu (Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences) – “Network Reconstruction from Data”
